If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with a clear description of the issue. Photos may be requested when they are needed to evaluate a claim.
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping, service, or handling charges may be excluded from refund eligibility unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Returned items should not be sent back without prior authorization from our support team. Once a request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions when a return is approved.
